A message from Karina....

Having been a Personal Trainer for over ten years now I've learnt a thing or two about people and what it takes to succeed.

I've learnt that excuses are merely explanations offered to justify or obtain forgiveness, thereby setting you up for failure. So I am not interested in excuses. I am only interested in YOU and seeing you reach your full potential.

I've learnt that holding hands and propping up low self esteem keeps you in the victim mentality, and that this is no place to play when it comes to achieving results. So I will play no part in your self sabotage, your procrastination or your justification. Instead I will be your biggest cheerleader and coach, on your way to the best physical health of your life.

And I have learnt that it is not about changing the body but changing the mind.When we change our thinking, then we change our bodies and until this occcurs then permanant change will be forever a distant goal.

Life is energy and you deserve to live an energised life, when we do..... Everything is possible.

WHAT IS ON-LINE PERSONAL TRAINING?

An on-line Personal Trainer is someone who can help you stay focused, on the right track and someone who you can be accountable to. If you don't like going to big busy gyms and if you prefer to work out in the comfort of your own home and in your own time, then an on-line personal trainer provides you with a coach and someone who will kick your butt when you need it. They get you started on the right track and then supply on going support and motivation to keep you there.

MEET YOUR ON-LINE PERSONAL TRAINER

Karina Stephens has over 10 years experince as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Leader. Having owned her own studio for 5 years she has worked with hundreds of people helping them with their weight loss and wellness journey.

Karina has an extensive background in health and Wellness having trained as a Nurse in 1988. She has also worked as a head trainer for a number of sporting teams and is qualified as a teacher in abseiling and rock climbing.

Karina is co-founder of Neuro-Transformational Strategies (NTS). The new science of permanant behaviour change, and together with her husband Ian, runs Enrich Managment Group, a leading edge company that has produced outstanding results using NTS both in business and personal areas.

Karina provides a holistic approach to her training program preferring to work with the whole person and incorporates a mind, body, spirit approach. She say's that the journey of weight loss and optimal health is emotional, as well as physical, and all aspects need to be addressed in order to have permanant change.
